I’m asking that all of my clients that if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment please give up to a 24 hour notice. If it’s less than 24 hour notice you will be expected to pay the 25% of your service on your next scheduled appointment. Cancellation/rebooking appt. less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 25% of the service. Missed appointment. Not coming to your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service. When a no show/cancellation occurs,it takes large blocks of time that impact me and other guests. If you are running more than 10 mins late please reach out to me to let me know or you will be considered a no show and charged for the full amount of the service.
